Today we are aware of the need to involve those who are directly involved by changes – and often we are looking for the best way how to
- motivate citizens to participate in new developments in their neighbourhood
- consult citizens before taking political decisions
- make a long-term plan for your organisation, involving employees and partners
- involve employees and volunteers of your NGO in changing the way of working with the target group
For more than 20 years I have worked with grass roots groups, organisations, municipalities and companies, coordinated projects and provided support, training and workshops in how to approach cooperation and change in a participatory way:
- provided guidance you in the process of involving citizens in local development, including (co-)facilitation of meetings
- leading or facilitating participatory workshops with your organisation or teams
- training people to be able to lead participatory workshops and meetings themselves.
