Apart from delivering training and workshops as freelance/independent trainer, I have been also employed as trainer:
- Training Specialist (Jones Day, 2016-2019) – Delivering training online and at location to lawyers and administrative staff.
- Trainer (European Commission, 2014-2016) – Design and delivery of training to European Commission staff within the Directorate General RTD – Research and Innovation.
- Senior Trainer (Monster Worldwide, Czech Republic, 2008-2012) – Development, design and delivering classroom and on-line training.
- Trainer, lecturer, workshop facilitator (Horizonty, Czech Republic, 2003-2010) – Training and workshops for NGO’s and municipalities.
And also in my current job as policy advisor I am regularly facilitating participative workshops with teams or management, to deal with topics as team cooperation, implementation of long-term projects, methods & target groups, et cetera.
